Over the past 2 years my hubby and I have been renting a cute little beach cottage in Osterville, MA Cape Cod. It is such a great escape for us and the kids. It is a place that is only one hour and 15 minutes door to door. At the time, with only two kids in toe, we needed a place we could go to that didn't take so long to get to but yet feel like we were on a summer getaway. We enjoyed this cottage so much and began an interest in dreaming that one day we would entertain the thought of becoming Osterville residents. Well that dream came true this year. On June 15th, 2011 we closed and yes we are now owers of 56 Bayberry Way, Osterville, MA 02655. Ali had his eye on this home for about 6 months via the internet. On a whim one weekend while I was pregnant we decided to contact the agent and set up appointment to view this home along with 5 others. We met the nicest agent, Gene Oreloff who reminded me of Hamideh. She showed us our new house first and that was it, we were in LOVE! Every house we went to thereafter was no comparison. We went home and exactly one week later we made an offer and by Sunday we were expected to hear back. They countered our offer and we went back one time and it was completed. The deal was done. We basically moved here me, the kids and grandma Rita at the end of June. We have had a hectic but awesome summer. We head back to Boston after Labor Day and we can come back on the weekends. Ahhh....feels so nice to know that we can escape to this special place any time we want. We LOVE this place and feel so lucky!!! Here are some photos of our new summer place digs.

It also came with a dock too. This beach has a sand bar too.
